Entrance to Restricted Areas

The tenant’s General Contractor’s Construction Superintendent will receive a set of keys from property management that will access certain restricted areas within 116 Huntington Ave.  These areas will include mechanical rooms and janitorial closets.  It is the General Contractor’s responsibility to open, close, and secure all doors within the construction area.  This includes access for all subcontractors and their employees with regard to mechanical rooms, janitorial closets, and the construction floor itself.  Each Construction Superintendent is responsible for the return of these keys upon job completion.  Should a General Contractor be unable to return said keys to property management, the General Contractor will reimburse the building for costs incurred for recoring related base building doors.

Stairwell doors must remain closed at all times.
