Prior to the tenant taking occupancy all of the following items must be completed by the General Contractor:


  • A change of filters on all fan boxes on the floor(s) under construction must be completed prior to the move-in of the tenant. 


  • A completed balancing report must be submitted to the Chief Engineer and Property Management.


  • A copy of the punch list with all outstanding HVAC items must be submitted to Building Management.


Tenants should note that the responsibility for supplemental HVAC items, such as heat pumps for computer rooms or humidification units, rests solely with the tenant.  Tenant will be required to provide to Building Management a copy of the contractor’s emergency numbers and email addresses. Tenants and their selected contractor(s) shall coordinate all maintenance and service with prior notification to the Chief Engineer and Building Management.
