Walk-Through of Space Before Construction

Prior to construction, the General Contractor must arrange for a walk through of the Tenant’s spaces with the General Manager, Assistant Property Manager & the Chief Engineer.  At issue is the existing condition of the space and routes through the Building in addition to bathrooms, slop sinks, mechanical rooms and stairwells.  Tenant’s General Contractor will be required to repair all damaged finishes not listed during this walk-through in a first-class manner.
