Working in other Areas of the Building

No interference with existing building occupants, building systems, building utilities, etc., will be allowed.  When interruption are required, this activity will be scheduled to occur after-hours, or during the weekends. In some cases, engineering or management personnel will be required to standby and monitor all the work, Tenant is required to pay all costs associated with extra personnel. 


All work which requires building interface must be scheduled in advance with property management (i.e.: sprinkler work, fire alarm).  Removal of all debris at the end of the work period is mandatory; all areas are to be left clean.  Special care is to be taken with the existing finishes.  All damages spotted by Security and/or property management personnel and can be determined to be caused by the tenant or the tenant’s General Contractor will be invoiced accordingly to the responsible party.
